- Private yoga sessions are designed to give you personalized attention – before, during and after our session together.
- As your private yoga and movement teacher, you will receive personalized instructions with undivided attention and observations. Private lessons are designed to meet you exactly where you are.

- You feel uncomfortable or self-conscious in group sessions.
- You want a class tailored to your limitations, injuries or health concerns.

HOW DOES THE 1:1 ZOOM CLASS WORK?
- Choose a time and book and pay for your session (Optional: Buy a multi-session package prior to booking).
- You will receive a confirmation email with details.
- 1 day prior to our time together and also 30 minutes prior to our scheduled time you will be sent a reminder email with the Zoom link.
- Set up your space so that I will be able to see you on camera to make adjustments. We can talk through this during our introduction talk and also on our first session.
- Join Zoom using the link in your confirmation or reminder email.
- I will follow up after our session with any additional notes or to answer any questions.
PRICE
$ 120 for 1.5 hour (please add a little bit of extra time at both ends for set-up)
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
- Private Zoom classes can be canceled for a full refund up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting time.
- To reschedule, please cancel your class for a refund and then reschedule at a time that works for you.
- No refunds or schedule changes will be granted for cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
- In case of an emergency within 24 hrs of your class, please contact me via email and we can figure out an appropriate course of action.
- If I have to cancel due to illness or emergency, the missed session will be credited in full towards a future session.
